I used to buy this glaze all of the time not realizing how easy it is to make it at home with 2 easy ingredients!  I use this to drizzle over salads, caprese skewers, or an addition to sauces or marinades. Simple and tasty are the rules!

Ingredients:

2 Cups Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

In a thick bottomed pan slowly heat balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over medium-high heat. Bring to simmer and cook until reduced by half and mixture sticks to the back of the spoon.  This will last in the fridge for several weeks. Enjoy!!!

Almost all of the things you mention happens to be supprisingly accurate and that makes me wonder why I had not looked at this in this light before. Your article truly did turn the light on for me as far as this particular issue goes. Nevertheless there is one position I am not necessarily too comfy with and whilst I attempt to reconcile that with the main idea of the point, let me see just what all the rest of your visitors have to point out.Very well done.
