I used to buy this glaze all of the time not realizing how easy it is to make it at home with 2 easy ingredients!  I use this to drizzle over salads, caprese skewers, or an addition to sauces or marinades. Simple and tasty are the rules!

Ingredients:

2 Cups Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

In a thick bottomed pan slowly heat balsamic vinegar and brown sugar over medium-high heat. Bring to simmer and cook until reduced by half and mixture sticks to the back of the spoon.  This will last in the fridge for several weeks. Enjoy!!!
